On 27 January 2017, a live performance of The Sixth Mass Extinction was held in the historic Canberra Fitters Workshop. This still is from the video work documenting the performance. The six extinctions, including five historical mass extinctions and the sixth, exacerbated by climate change, are represented by six ethereal glass forms. Over 200 disposable bottles of water were handed out to become part of the performance which ran for 35 minutes. The performance was accompanied by an original score by composer Alec Hunter.
